Is the foundation a registered charity?

Yes. Compassionate Hands Foundation (Hội Từ Thiện Bàn Tay Nhân Ái) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States, EIN 26-3938976. You can look us up using the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search tool.

Usually rice, noodles, cooking oil, soy sauce, seasoning, blankets, towels, sandals, hygiene items, and cash. Contents may vary by region and by need.

Where does the foundation work?

Our office is in Garden Grove, California. Our programs are carried out in Vietnam, from the Mekong Delta and the Central Highlands to the central coast. In 2014 we also brought relief to communities around Tonlé Sap Lake in Cambodia.
